Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kandy By Design is not responsible for:

• packages marked as delivered

• packages lost in transit

• delays caused by the carrier

• incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• order number

• photos of the item and packaging

Kandy By Design stands behind every piece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
